VILLAGE OF JEFFERSONVILLE OHIO PUBLIC NOTICE OF INTENT TO REZONE PROPERTY To: all residents, adjacent and contiguous property owners and all other interested persons The Village of Jeffersonville Council will hold a public hearing on September 25th, 2025, at 6 P.M in the Village Town Hall located at 8 North Main Street Jeffersonville, Ohio 43128 on the application of The Martin Land Co and the recommendations of the Planning Commission to rezone 429.918 acres to LIGHT MANUFACTURING WITH CONDITIONAL USES FOR THE NATURAL GAS PRODUCTION OF ELECTRICITY. A copy of the petition, the planning commission recommendations and the proposed ordinance rezoning the property are on file with the Village for view by the public.
