NOTICE OF TERMINATION OF OPTION To: Kinsington, Inc., Attn. Mao-Hsiung Chen, whose last known address is 1630 N.W. Professional Plaza, Suite, 100, Upper Arlington, Ohio 43220 Jack L. Bradford, now deceased, and whose Estate is being administered in the Probate Court of Madison County, Ohio, Case No. 20251050, is the owner of the entire fee simple interest of certain real property hereafter described (collectively, the “Property”) that is subject to that certain Option Agreement, dated July 31, 1997, entered into by and between Jack Bradford and Nancy Bradford, husband and wife, as Seller, and Kinsington, Inc., an Ohio corporation (“Kinsington”), as Buyer, Notice of Interest in Real Estate of which was recorded on October 2, 1997, at Official Records Volume 13, Page 542, Fayette County Recorder (the “Option”). The Property is described as follows: 65 acres situated in Fayette County, and located on or near State Route 38 NE, South Solon, Ohio 43153, and being Parcel Number: 140-003-0-00-011-00; and 9.38 acres situated in Fayette County, and located on or near State Route 38 NE, South Solon, Ohio 43153, being Parcel No. 140-003-0-00-012-00 Kinsington is now defunct, and the Option was never exercised, is expired according to its terms, and is not recognized aa valid or existing option. This Notice of Termination of Option shall serve as formal notice that after thirty (30) days from the date of publication, an Affidavit of Facts Relating to Title in accordance with R.
