The Fayette County Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing at 7:00 P.M. Monday, June 9, 2025 at the Union Township Hall, 1505 Old St. Rt. 38 NE, Washington C.H. Ohio Hearing at 7:00 P.M. – Jeffrey Cummings has submitted an application for a lot split at his property located at 10511 Marchant-Luttrell Rd, Sabina, Ohio 45169, Parcel # (030-004-0-00-033-02). The proposed lot split will not meet the required acreage or road frontage for Parcels zoned F (farm use) and therefore will require a variance and approval from the Fayette County Board of Zoning Appeals.
