NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Council of the City of Washington Court House, Ohio (the "Council") will hold a public heating pursuant to an Ordinance of the Council duly adopted on November 24, 2025 (the "Ordinance of Sufficiency"). The hearing will be held at 7:30 p.m. on December 22, 2025, in the chambers of the Council of the City located at 105 North Main Street, Washington Court House, Ohio 43 1 60 and will be on the petition (the "Petition") to create the Washington Court House New Community Authority, a new community district established pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Chapter 349 . The Ordinance of Sufficiency and the Petition are each on file in the offices of the Clerk of Council located at 105 North Main Street, Washington Court House, Ohio 43 160, and are available for inspection by interested persons during regular business hours.
