Notice of INITIAL ORGANIZATIONAL Meeting for the Board of Trustees of the Washington Court House New Community Authority CITY of Washington Court House, Ohio The Board of Trustees (the “Board”) of the Washington Court House New Community Authority (the “Authority”) will hold its initial organizational meeting on April 16, 2026 at 1:00 P.M. in City Hall, located at 105 N Main Street, City of Washington Court House, Ohio 43160. The purposes of the meeting are to (i) conduct the initial organizational meeting of the Board; (ii) adopt by-laws with respect to the operation of the Board; (iii) adopt a public records policy and records retention schedule for the Authority and the Board; (iv) adopt insurance and bond coverage for the Authority and the Board; (v) adopt a budget for the Authority and the Board; (vi) engage general legal counsel for the Authority; (vii) adopt a virtual meetings policy for the Authority and the Board; (viii) join a Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions regarding property within the Authority; (ix) and consider or act upon any other business as may properly come before the Board, including, but not limited to, the addition of one or more parcels of real property into the territory of the Authority, the joining of the Authority in one or more Supplemental Declarations of Covenants and Restrictions with respect to such additional territory, and the approval of one or more other agreements.
