Request for Proposal Washington Court House City School District is requesting quotes for foodservice consulting services to support our District. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with federal small purchase procedures.
Scope of Services & Requirements Please provide a quote for the following consulting services:
Service Type : Foodservice compliance consulting (NSLP support)
Scope of Work Includes : Menu planning and nutritional analysis Administrative Review preparation and compliance support Procurement guidance and oversight Financial reporting support (P&L, cost analysis) On-site visits and technical assistance
Service Frequency: [e.g., monthly, quarterly, or as needed]
Deliverables: Written reports, compliance documentation, training support
Experience Requirements: Demonstrated experience with USDA Child Nutrition Programs and Administrative Reviews
Pricing: Please include all fees (flat rate, hourly, or annual), as well as any additional costs
Contract Term: July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027 with the option to renew for up to 2 additional years.
Buy American Provision (7 CFR 210.21(d)) While this solicitation is for consulting services, any recommendations involving the procurement of food or agricultural products must comply with the Buy American provision,requiring domestic products unless an allowable exception is documented.
